Job Zone d’emploi is recruiting to fill a permanent position for a Bilingual Switchboard Operator/Clerical Support. As a member of the administrative team, we are looking for someone who is fluently bilingual (French and English), client-focused, enthusiastic, and passionate about providing stellar customer service.
The Switchboard Operator/Clerical Support will be responsible for answering and forwarding all incoming telephone calls, filing follow-up outcomes, capturing data, photocopying and scanning documents, entering case notes, proofreading and typing resumes/cover letters, forwarding job posting requests to assigned Employment Consultant, preparing workshop packages for community events, creating schedules, reviewing local newspapers and emailing relevant articles/job postings to staff, etc.
The Bilingual Switchboard Operator/Clerical Support will also be responsible for replacing the Receptionist as needed and will act as administrative support to Job Zone d’emploi staff.
