- Looking for an office administration clerk to be part of our team. Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of QuickBooks, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat
Responsibilities include:
- Completing customer invoices/billing.
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Payroll.
- Government remittances
- Banking as required
- General office duties
- Answering phones
- Completing customer invoices/billing; accounts receivable and accounts payable, payroll
- Ensuring our health and safety training is up to date and general office duties
Required Skills
- QuickBooks working knowledge and experience required
- Accounting knowledge/background
- Word, Outlook, Adobe, Google works
Other Requirements
- Able to work alone,
- Quick learner.
- Must have own transportation.
