JOB DUTIES
- We are a local Airbnb Property Management Company in Cornwall, Ontario
KITCHEN
- Wash, dry & clear all dishes / cutlery
- Wipe small and large appliances
- Clean coffee pot (if applicable)
- Empty & clean the refrigerator (inside & outside)
- Discard left food items
- Empty dishwasher
- Wipe down & disinfect countertops
- Wipe down stove top and hood
- Wipe down cabinets & handles
- Clean & disinfect sink basin
- Empty trash & replace garbage bag
- Clean microwave (inside & outside)
- Restage items on counters
- Vacuum, sweep & mop floors
- Dusting & wipe all window sills
- Clean baseboards & heat vents
- Disinfect & febreze area
STAIRWAYS
- Wipe down & dust surfaces
- Vacuum & mop floors / steps
- Remove all cobwebs
- Wipe down handrails
- Disinfect & febreze area
BEDROOMS
- Wipe down & dust surfaces
- Clean mirror (if applicable)
- Clean lamp base, neck & shade
- Clean side tables, dresser & desk
- Clean baseboards & heat vents
- Wipe down bed headboard
- Disinfect door knobs & handles
- Vacuum, sweep & mop floors
- Check under furniture
- Replace bed linens (provided)
- Remove all cobwebs
- Restage items on side tables
- Restage décor items
- Disinfect comforter / blanket/ pillows
- Empty trash & replace garbage bag
- Wipe all window sills
- Vacuum closets
DINING & LIVING ROOM
- Restage items on tv stand & coffee table
- Restage, fluff, plump & straighten pillows
- Wipe down & dust surfaces
- Wipe down dining room table & chairs
- Wipe down & dust décor items
- Wipe down remote controls and electronics
- Wipe down or vacuum couch cushions (Top&Btm)
- Wipe on top of TV
- Remove all cobwebs
- Restage décor items
- Dusting & wipe all window sills
- Clean baseboards & heat vents
- Check under furniture
- Clean mirrors (if applicable)
- Clean lamp base, neck & shade
- Vacuum, sweep & mop floors
- Disinfect & febreze area
- Disinfect & febreze area
