Work Schedule
- Both 12 hour rotating shifts & 8 Hour rotating shifts
Duties
- Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy; Performing manual tasks in the production process.
- Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.
- Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
- Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care.
- Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals.
- Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management, including Morbern’s COVID-19 safety protocols.
- Follow all written and verbal instructions.
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
- Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends.
